Cancellation Policy
• Appointment Confirmation – All appointments must be confirmed within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. If confirmation is not received within that time frame, the appointment may be canceled and the time slot released to other clients.
• Cancellations & No-Shows – A 30% cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment or for missed appointments (no-shows).
• Late Arrivals – A 10-minute grace period is provided. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, the appointment may need to be canceled and the 30% late cancellation fee may apply.
